PPAA Hawaiʻi
2025 Events

If you're looking to get involved with Planned Parenthood in Hawai’i, this is where to put your energy!

Hawaiʻi has long been a leader in the fight for reproductive freedom, but with Roe overturned, we must do more. It is not enough to fight against bad policies or protect the status quo. We are pushing boldly for proactive policies that expand access to reproductive health care to ensure that every person, no matter their ZIP code, economic status, or background has access to the health care they need and deserve.

Here, you can find several virtual events that you can attend from anywhere in the state, as well as opportunities to get involved in Honolulu. If you want to talk 1-on-1 with our lead organizer about getting even more involved, book a quick meeting with her here!

Letter Writing to Hawai'i Legislators- Tuesday. May 13th @ 5:30pm

We fought hard this legislative session to protect access to reproductive care in Hawai'i through the state budget. With the help of our legislative allies, that mission is becoming more secure each day. Please join PPAA Hawai'i as we write messages of gratitude to our legislative champions and hang out with some fellow supporters! Sign up here.

Virtual Storyteller Training- 3 Part Series- Wed. April 23rd, Wed. April 30th and Wed. May 7th from 6-7:30PM

Ever thought about the incredible power of storytelling? It's our secret tool for driving change and welcoming everyone into the fold by tapping into empathy and understanding. Join our Storyteller Training Series to learn how to weave your own stories about abortion, gender-affirming care, birth control, bodily autonomy, etc. into your advocacy work. These trainings are open to any supporter in the state of Hawai'i and will be held via zoom.

HiClimb Roses are Rad Women and NonBinary Climbing Event- Saturday. April 26th

Organizational Office Hours- Every Thursday!- Every Thursday from 11am-2pm

Have some time to spare during the week to help out Planned Parenthood? That's what office hours are for! Traditionally scheduled for Thursdays at 11am, volunteers are invited to come to the Honolulu Health Center office to work on collaborative efforts and chip away at the ever growing task list for community events. We'd love to see you there! If Thursdays aren't your jam, send an email to Micaela to chat about an alternative time!
